Our Speciality Classes
10 Week Session September 6th - November 19th
Fridays 9:30-10:00am
Moms and Infants 3months - Walking
This Class is focused on Mom, giving her a gentle workout with simple dance moves and yoga stretches all the while moving, laughing and bonding with baby. We will also explore tummy time exercises and learn movement patterns you can use to stimulate healthy brain development for your baby. You will leave feeling invigorated, refreshed and equipped with tools you can use at home to encourage your baby's healthy development and get moving yourself!
Saturdays 9:00-9:30am
Ages 18 months - 3 years
(Must be accompanied by a caregiver)
This class is the perfect introduction to dance for the young child, with mom (or other caregiver) by their side for comfort and assistance, the young child will explore the joys of dance! Through movement exercises, nursery rhymes, games, and prop manipulation, this class uses movement to educate the whole child. Inaddtion to learning dance steps, and phrases, the class will take students on a journey that focuses on the cognitive, verbal, motor, and social needs of young children. This class prepares the student for future enrollment in our independent 3 and 4 year-old classes.
September 11th 3-5 pm
This two hour workshop will allow participants to experience one fast and one slow dance with one hour of swing and one hour of waltz. This workshop will be a chance for everyone to get a feel for the different styles, and let us know what you would like more of in the future. We are looking at offering a six week session of classes, or just more workshops. So come, enjoy the fun and let us know what you would be interested in in the future! No partner required 2 Hour Workshop fee: $15 per person.
Fees: There Is a non-refundable $20 registration fee for the dance season (August- May) Due at registration to reserve your spot. Tuition: $80 for the 10 week session, due upfront. Please contact us if you would like to discuss payment plan options.
